IV. Health Economics Congress by the Health Economics and Policy Association will be held at our university on December 6th and 7th, 2018.

EuNetHTA and its effects in our country and the effects of the application of clinical guides on the health economics will be discussed at the panels. In addition, oral and poster presentations will be held.

Information Asymmetry and Energy Efficiency: Evidence from the Housing Market

 
Current policies addressing the carbon externality from energy consumption in the building stock often hinge on the assumption that markets efficiently capitalize the energy performance of assets, assuming perfect information. This paper uses different identification strategies to examine the capitalization of energy efficiency in the housing market, addressing methodological shortcomings in the existing literature that may lead to inaccurate estimates.
